Thank you for your interest in staying here. We are taking every precaution possible to ensure the safety of our staff and guests by using CDC approved sanitizers exclusively and we are disinfecting all door handles, switches, remotes, cabinets, appliances etc. Your room is self check-in with private (key code) entrance, full bathroom, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes, utensils, etc. We are on the property in case you need anything.

All Amenities are open and operational at this time.

GREEN BARN - Bali Suite (Suite C)
Beautiful artistically designed suite in a 5000 sq ft, 2 story barn on 21 acres. Private patio & gas grill. Bamboo floors. Pine ceiling. Jacuzzi bath with marble tile surround. Granite top sink in bathroom. Separate coffee/dining area with sink & fridge. King size hand carved Balinese wood bed.

THE GROUNDS
Secluded setting with numerous ponds, canoe, a floating dock, nature trails, picnic area with a fire pit, shelter & grill (hickory wood provided), stone & cedar gazebo, wood fired lunar sauna, cool dip pool, frisbee golf course, establishing a organic vegetable farm. IN THE ROOM_
LCD HDTV with a BluRay player & free Netflix. NO cable or satellite channels in the rooms. GRACE AUDIO 18,000 station internet radio. Eco-friendly dimmable LED lighting. Wireless high-speed Internet. BREVILLE grind & brew coffee maker with locally roasted, organic, fair trade, coffee beans. Electric hot water kettle for tea, french press, all conveniently available in the room. Drinkable water from tap.

SHARED SPACES IN THE BARN
Fully equipped common kitchen with stainless steel cooking appliances, dishwasher, espresso/cappuccino maker & coffee grinder.
Massage room, sky lounge, game room and meditation room in barn accessible to all guests. Complimentary land line phone available for unlimited local & long distance calling in the common kitchen.
For group gatherings and multiple guests movie theater is accessible with advance notice and prior scheduling with the host. Guest rooms have netflix/TV provided in the rooms for individual viewing.

YOGA__

MASSAGE__
With advance notice private massage can be scheduled both for couples and singles. For appointments let us know and we will connect you with the Massage therapists.

*We provide Organic, fair-trade, and locally roasted coffee. We have gold toned coffee filters in our coffee makers avoiding wastage of paper coffee filters.
*We provide organic teas & fair trade sugar for our guests.
*Our Mulberry farm follows all organic practices.
*We use an Energy Star ‘HE’ Washing Machine and Dryer. We prefer to use clotheslines on sunny day & when we can work around our visiting guests.
*All our laundry is washed with Ecos plus(HE), made in USA.
*The room has Energy Star LED TV & BluRay player.
*All hand soap, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner provided are made of bio-degradable ingredients, paraben free, SLS free, no animal ingredients or testing & no artificial fragrances.
*We use single stream recycling service & compost our coffee grinds for garden.
*We provide eco dishwashing liquid, which contains no petrol chemicals and is 100% biodegradable. We use Green Works toilet cleaner & Seventh Generation Dishwasher Gel.
*We provide 100% recycled paper napkins & 40% recycled toilet tissue.

Pet Policy
Due to allergy reasons we do not allow pets in any of our rooms or common/shared areas. No exceptions please. Hosts & other long term residents live on premises. Units are not independent cabins.

_MULBERRY ORGANIC FARM
The farm is located across the road from the barn. Produce can be bought on site when/if available. Please keep in mind that the farm is seasonal and therefore may not be available at all times.

We recommend you take the time to explore some of our many local attractions like Skyline Drive, check website hikingupward for hiking suggestions, Luray caverns,"Noon Whistle Pottery", "Fabio's Italian eatery", Mission Home Bake Shop" & numerous antique galleries in Ruckersville, just to name a few. Close proximity to 30 vineyards along the Monticello Wine Trail. 6 President homes including Monticello, Montpelier & Ashlawn. Guest have access to common areas like lunar sauna, ponds on the map, picnic area with fire pit, stone gazebo, nature walk, lounges, frisbee golf course, meditation room, game room & massage room.

Guests are to observe all posted signage. Do not enter areas signed "Private”. Do not explore areas not listed in the pictures as there are other guests and residents on the property.

We would like to meet our guests during their stay and request that you give us a call after you are checked into your room from the land line provided in the common kitchen in the green barn.

Secluded setting for a relaxed experience surrounded by woods, birds, bunnies & nature/rural sounds.

We recommend arriving here in a car as there is no convenient public transit/transportation to get to nearby attractions or to airports, train stations & bus stations.

Kindly note there is no good cell reception here and we recommend that you read up on all directions, check in information before arrival or print if necessary. You may not be able to access information on your cell phone on the grounds/parking on arrival.
