Thank you for your interest in staying here. We are taking every precaution possible to ensure the safety of our staff and guests by using CDC approved sanitizers exclusively and we are disinfecting all door handles, switches, remotes, cabinets, appliances etc. Your room is self check-in with (key code) entrance, full bathroom, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes, utensils, etc. Note: We are on the property in case you need anything.

RATES____
2 night minimum on weekends.
Weekend rates are $110.00/night. Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun.
Weekdays are $95.00/night.

THE CASTLE SUITE - P__
Queen walnut bed. Brazilian oak floors in bedroom. Marble floor in the bathroom. The view from the bed is looking out through a beautiful stone arch window into the woods, lunar sauna, and pond. 5 ft Jacuzzi bath with stone & marble surround.

_THE GROUNDS
Secluded setting with numerous ponds, canoe, a floating dock, nature trails, picnic area with a fire pit, shelter & grill (hickory wood provided), stone & cedar gazebo, wood fired lunar sauna, cool dip pool, frisbee golf course, establishing a organic vegetable farm. Lots of birds, bunnies & squirrels:) Map of the grounds provided in each room.

39" LED (energy star) HDTV with a BluRay player & free Netflix. NO cable or satellite channels in the rooms. GRACE AUDIO 18,000 station internet radio. Eco-friendly LED lighting. Wireless high-speed Internet. BREVILLE grind & brew coffee maker with locally roasted, organic, fair trade, coffee beans. Electric hot water kettle for tea, french press, all conveniently available in the room. Drinkable water from tap.

SHARED SPACES IN THE BARN__
Massage room, sky lounge, game room and meditation room in barn accessible to all guests. Complimentary land line phone available for unlimited local & long distance calling in the common kitchen.

SHARED SPACES IN THE CASTLE
Lounge & study room overlooking the green house in Castle accessible to all guests. Located at the entrance of the castle before you get to suite D & P. Communal kitchen in Castle.

With advance notice private massage can be scheduled both for couples and singles. For appointments let us know and we will connect you with the Massage therapists.

*Our Mulberry farm follows all organic practices.
*We use an Energy Star ‘HE’ Washing Machine and Dryer. We prefer to use clotheslines on sunny day & when we can work around our visiting guests.

*The room has Energy Star LED TV & BluRay player.
*All hand soap, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner provided are made of bio-degradable ingredients, paraben free, SLS free, no animal ingredients or testing & no artificial fragrances.
*We use single stream recycling service & compost our coffee grinds for garden.
*We provide eco dishwashing liquid, which contains no petrol chemicals and is 100% biodegradable. We use Green Works toilet cleaner & Seventh Generation Dishwasher Gel.
*We provide 100% recycled paper napkins & 40% recycled toilet tissue.

Pet Policy
Due to allergy reasons we do not allow pets in any of our rooms or common/shared areas. No exceptions please. Hosts & other long term residents live on premises. Units are not independent cabins.

We recommend you take the time to explore some of our many local attractions like Skyline Drive, check website hikingupward for hiking suggestions, Luray caverns,"Noon Whistle Pottery", "Fabio's Italian eatery", "Mission Home Bake Shop" & numerous antique galleries in Ruckersville, just to name a few. Close proximity to 30 vineyards along the Monticello Wine Trail. 6 President homes including Monticello, Montpelier & Ashlawn. Guest have access to common areas like lunar sauna, ponds on the map, picnic area with fire pit, stone gazebo, nature walk, lounges, meditation room & massage room.

Guests are to observe all posted signage. Do not enter areas signed "Private”. Do not explore areas not listed in the pictures as there are other guests and residents on the property.

Please be aware that some of the common areas are off limit at times due to events the may be being held on site.

We would like to meet our guests during their stay and request that you give us a call after you are checked into your room from the land line provided in the common kitchen in the green barn.

Secluded setting for a relaxed experience surrounded by woods, birds, bunnies & nature/rural sounds.

We recommend arriving here in a car as there is no convenient public transit/transportation to get to nearby attractions or to airports, train stations & bus stations.

Kindly note there is no good cell reception here and we recommend that you read up on all directions, check in information before arrival or print if necessary. You may not be able to access information on your cell phone on the grounds/parking on arrival.
